3AF will publish Conference Proceedings:

During the Conference: an USB Key will be given at the Registration Desk with all the abstracts and papers received before JUNE, 1st, 2017

To ensure optimal quality presentation of all papers, please refer the requirements IAMD2017_PAPER-INSTRUCTIONS

A strict compliance to these requirements will ensure a maximum quality for your papers.

Papers should be submitted in one of the following formats (decreasing preference order):

  • ADOBE ACROBAT FORMAT (.PDF extension) – ensures the document’s original layout.
  • WORD FOR WINDOWS FORMAT (.DOC extension).

No other format allowed!

All papers should be uploaded on the system by 1st June 2017.

Chairmen and Speakers are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the conference.

As Principal Speaker (not included the co-authors), you benefit from a special registration fee:

Access

 

Both buses and commuter trains stop  at Älvsjö Station, which is right next to  Stockholmsmässan. The journey by commuter  train from Stockholm Central Station to  Stockholmsmässan takes just ten minutes.

A dedicated shuttle is organized in order to bring people from Stockholm Central Station to Stockholmsmässan. The bus will leave at 08h00 every morning. 

 

By SL (Public Transportation)

There are 8-14 commuter train departures  every hour from Stockholm Central Station to  Älvsjö Station, which is only a 200-meter walk  from Stockholmsmässan’s Main entrance. The  journey takes just ten minutes.

The commuter train from Arlanda Airport also  stops at Älvsjö station. The train departs two  times an hour and the journey takes 47 minutes.  The train departs from Sky City, between  terminals 4 and 5.

By car

Take   the   E4/E20   and   follow   the   signs for Mässan/Älvsjö.

Registration

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

All participants including Chairmen and Speakers are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the conference.

Registration deadline is set on 15th of June 2017 at 20:00 GMT. Due to security reasons, no registration after this date will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note only speakers delivering a presentation can register as « Speaker/Chairman » at 1000.00€, co-authors are requested to register as « participants »

Cancellation policy

Cancellation will only be accepted up to 15 days prior to the conference and must be in writing. At less than 15 days from the conference, € 700.00 cancellation fee will apply. Delegates who do not cancel before the start of the conference (27th of June 2017) will be liable to the full registration fees.

Accommodation

Accommodation at the conference venue is recommended.

The conference will take place at the Stockholmsmassan Conference Center, Mässvägen 1, 125 80 Älvsjö, Sweden
